Title: Curried Fruited Chicken Salad

Yield: 6 Servings

3lbChicken; roasted or poached skin removed; meat cut in bite s
1/2cCelery; minced
1/2cRed onions; minced
1/2cRaisins
3/4cSeedless grapes
1/3cWalnuts; toasted for 5-7 Minutes @ 375~
1 Red delicious apples; peel on, core out; bite size pcs DRESS
1/2cMayonnaise
1/4cSour cream
1/4tsSalt
1/2tbCurry powder
1/2tsCinnamon

Whisk ingredients together, taste and adjust seasoning to your liking. Depending on how much meat there is on your chicken, you may need a bit more or less of the dressing.

Combine all of the salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss to evenly distribute. Pour dressing on the salad and toss to coat evenly. Serve.
